Shipping

All orders ship directly from our facility in Southern California, where we create, formulate, and manufacture all of our products.  In order to reduce our waste, we use post-consumer recycled packing materials wherever possible. After they have safely transported your order, all of our packing materials can be recycled again. We carefully handle each step of the path, from creation through shipping, until the product makes its way into your hands! Each sale includes a thank you and free samples! We take pride in our attention to each step, and hope you will contact us if anything is not as you expected. Thank you!

Delivery Options

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Below are the shipping options available for your order from Ayr Skin Care. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

FREE Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) - no promotion code needed. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via ground. Our determination of the delivery company will depend upon the size of the box needed for your order. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. We are on the West Coast, so East Coast orders naturally are on the longer side.

Standard Shipping

Orders totaling less than $75 are open for your choice at checkout. Orders will still be processed within two business days, but will be shipped out via the carrier of your choice, or according to your preference. P.O. Box addresses are normally shipped out via USPS and may take a day or two longer to arrive.

You will also have the choice to choose Second Day Delivery. Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations are not able to arrive in time for Second Day Service.

Overnight Service

Overnight orders placed by 12 p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Second Day service) are not available.

Returns

All Ayr Skin Care products include a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping) if returned within 30 days. The guarantee period starts from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at info@ayrskincare.com and request a return authorization number. This number should be included inside the package that you return. Without this number it will be difficult for your return to be identified, and your money refunded back to you.

The package should be mailed back to Ayr Skin Care, at the address indicated on your return form within 15 days of receiving a return authorization. Return postage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product with the exception of the following: (1) If you purchased a product that was defective, or (2) Your product was badly damaged in shipping

In these two instances, we will include in your refund the cost of normal ground shipping costs incurred by your return. You will be asked to photograph the damage or defective product. This request is made by us so that we may improve efficiency (if we have made a mistake), or to apply for a shipping claim with our shipping company (in the event they damaged the box during shipping).

If there was no problem at all in product quality or shipping, and you merely have changed your mind, or you have been unhappy with the product, then you are responsible for the cost to return it to us. In that event, Ayr Skin Care strongly recommends that you retain proof of return in the unlikely event that a package does not reach our warehouse as expected. If a package is lost in transit, a refund will only be authorized if the return shipment can be verified by means of a carrier receipt and/or tracking number showing a valid Ayr Skin Care return address as a destination, as well as your return authorization number. Returning a shipment with a way to track the package is highly recommended.

Ayr Skin Care is not responsible for packages that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent without a proper address. We are not responsible for returns sent with incomplete forms, including lack of name or address, or authorization number. Using any of these methods to return a shipment may delay or prevent the processing of a refund.

Once your return is received in our warehouse with the correct paperwork and authorization number, your refund will be processed. You can expect us to process your refund within 7 days of return receipt. Please keep any free gifts that came with the product as Ayr Skin Care’s thank you for trying our products.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact us at info@ayrskincare.com to receive an authorization number for your return.
  2. Complete the return authorization form, including your name, address, return authorization number, and the reason for your return.
  3. Package up your return, including the return authorization number and your return form inside package.
  4. Return your package to the address given to you by us, retaining a copy of your tracking number.

Remember that package must be mailed within 15 days of your receipt of the return authorization number.
